Shipping Policy
All products are produced in, and shipped from the UK.

Shipping costs are be calculated at checkout and are subject to standard UK shipping or courier charges.

Delivery
-
We will send you an order confirmation on or around the date of the purchase. When the product has completed our production and quality assurance process, it will be packed and made ready for shipping.
We will then send you a shipping confirmation, and from that point on, the delivery times will be determined according to the shipping method selected at point of purchase.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and selected courier partners. Despite their best efforts, the delivery date may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond their and our control in which case please see clause 1.6 below.

1.2 If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we may leave you a note to rearrange delivery. Sometimes if you are not at home for delivery, items are returned to a local postal depot where it will await collection
1.3 Delivery of an Order shall be deemed to be completed when:
a) we deliver the products to the address provided by you;
b) we deliver the products directly to you; or
c) a carrier organised by you to collect products from us, collects
the products from us. You will be responsible for the products from
that time.

1.4 Upon receipt of full payment (including all applicable delivery charges) you will be the owner of the products.
1.5 If the products are not successfully delivered within the period stated for the delivery method you chose at placement of order - and within the parameters of our production process - then you may cancel your order straight away if either of the following applies to you:
a) we have refused to deliver the products; or
b) you informed us prior to acceptance of your order that delivery
within the delivery deadline was essential.
1.6 If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away, or do not have the right to do so under clause 1.5, you can specify a new reasonable delivery deadline, and you can cancel your order if we do not meet the new deadline. We estimate delivery to take approximately 10-14 working days to reach you from the point of order, but can take longer during busy periods, new product launches and when products are extremely popular. Orders received at weekends or Bank/Public holidays will be processed the next working day.
International delivery
2.1 International delivery may vary from country to country.
We have been advised by Royal Mail that an international order can take up to 30 days to deliver from point of shipping.
