Production Process & Delivery

CosimasArt uses a print on demand process and supplier network which is produced and shipped from the UK.

We aim to have our products ready to be shipped to you as soon as possible - ideally between 3-5 days. However we usually estimate 10 - 14 days from point of purchase. This can take longer during busy periods, new product launches and when products are extremely popular.

CosimasArt is a boutique business and all of our products are made to order and therefore our production to shipping timelines can also vary according our own production and quality assurance processes.

Once your order is placed you will receive an acknowledgement email from one of our staff and then the next email you should receive – unless there is a problem with your order - is a confirmation of shipping order.

 

There can be delays ith shipping – this a shipping/ postal issue which is currently a consequence of Brexit and COVID and sadly we have no control over whether or when the item is physically delivered.
